If you have decided to join us for our special weekend, we recommend booking your room ASAP to ensure that you can stay at the resort with us! There are a few options available for booking the resort. You can book directly through the hotel (more info below), or you can book a timeshare unit through sites like VRBO or redweek.com. Most of these units are booked weekly (Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun). There is an "All inclusive" plan available for purchase per person per day. It is my understanding that you can select certain days to have it vs not. It can be added for $100-140 per person per day. I believe that you can purchase it the day of if you choose from the front desk but it may be more. You can book it ahead of time also, I am getting more details on this but please reach out if you have questions! If all inclusive is not for you, all the units have kitchens and there are stores near by, or even deliver, that you can stock up with. Many people go this route as well.

This is the main resort where most of our events will occur, namely the ceremony and reception. Below is a link for some discounted room rates covering the "Grand Studio" and "Grand Master Suites". They have other types of rooms available but not included in these rates. These rates include October 20, 2022 - October 27, 2022 The rates are for what is referred to as the "European" plan (NOT all inclusive). Shuttle

Shuttle to Grand Solmar

If y’all booked the shuttle through the Grand Solmar website, when you exit the airport baggage claim, head toward stations 11, 12 & 13. You will be looking for gentlemen in blue polos. They can help load your bags onto the shuttles and get you to the resort. They also have an ice chest of beer and water for a tip. Can’t wait to see y’all!
