How do I use the group attendee code for Normandy Farm to book a room?
Answer
To book by phone: Call 215-616-8500 and select option 1 for telephone reservations. Be sure to mention our group attendee code "CU1024." To book online: 1) Go to NormandyFarm.com and click on "Book Your Stay." 2) Under "Guests and Rooms," click "Add Code," then change "Discount Code" to "Group Attendee." 3) Enter "CU1024" and click "Add." 4) Select your desired check-in and check-out dates, then choose your room type and complete your reservation. In addition to the main hotel rooms, Normandy Farm also offers beautiful suites in the Carriage House, Manor House, and East/West Gate Houses. If you're interested in booking a suite, please call Normandy Farm directly and mention our group code "CU1024." You can see pictures of all the accommodations on the Normandy Farm website under the "Stay" tab. Please note: Our room block rate ends on August 24, 2025. How do I use the group code for Holiday Inn Express to book a room?
Answer
To book by phone: Call 215-591-9000 and select option 1 for telephone reservations. Be sure to mention our group code "UCW." To book online, use the specific website link under the "travel" section tab above, which will automatically apply our group code. Make sure the rate name reads "Urschel Chapoton We" to ensure the group code has been applied and that you are part of our room block! Please note: Our room block rate ends on September 23, 2025. We highly encourage you to book your room as soon as possible to ensure you get a spot! If for any reason the room block is fully booked, please reach out directly to Nichole or Thomas. Is there a deadline to reserve a room at Normandy Farm?

Normandy Farm kindly asks all guests to book their accommodations by August 24, 2025, but our wedding group attendee code, "CU1024", will still be honored up until the wedding date if a guest wishes to still reserve a room or change their mind as long as hotel availability allows.

What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask all guests RSVP by September 15, 2025, which guests can do online under the "RSVP" tab above. We also kindly ask all guests select their desired entree selection upon this time.

What is the dress code for our wedding?

Black-tie optional with cocktail attire highly encouraged.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

All events at St. Helena and the Belle of Blue Bell will take place indoors.

How does the shuttle service work from Normandy Farm?
Answer
Normandy Farm has a sister property, the Belle of Blue Bell, which is where both the cocktail hour and reception will take place. The Belle of Blue Bell is located 2-3 minutes away from Normandy Farm so therefore a shuttle service is provided for all guests who choose to stay at Normandy Farm for accommodations. If you choose to use this shuttle service, it will continually be picking up and dropping off guests at both locations. All initial pick ups will take place at the main lobby of Normandy Farm. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact the bride and groom. Note: there will be no shuttle service provided from Normandy Farm to St. Helena Church for the ceremony.

Where will parking be for the reception?
Answer
Guests who are not staying at Normandy Farm have two options: 1) You may park in any open parking spot in the front parking lot of Normandy Farm and catch the shuttle service, which will be picking up guests at the main lobby. 2) You may drive directly to the Belle of Blue Bell and park in any open parking spot in front of the venue.

What is the best airport to fly into?
Answer
From the airports provided, Philadelphia International Airport will be the most direct to our ceremony, reception, and recommended hotel accommodation that is connected to our reception site. Other airports that are also local have been listed under the "travel" tab for your convenience.

Will an afterparty take place?
Answer
Yes! There will be an afterparty hosted in the Belle of Blue Belle Birkdale Room (same room as cocktail hour) where there will be brick oven pizza served! This event will begin after 10pm once we make our wedding exit and continue until midnight. Brick oven pizza will be served starting at 10:15pm. A bartender will be serving drinks/refreshments that guests can pay either by cash or credit.
