It's Finally Happening!

The one night Nick brought his mom, Sherry, dinner at work and her coworker, (who's also my best friend's mom) Denise, met Nick while he was dropping the food off and really liked him. Denise and Sherry both got to talking and thought we would be a great match for each other. And thank goodness they did! From there they exchanged both of our numbers and once we got to talking the rest was history!

Nick asked me early that day if I would like to go on a hike/picnic with him at Letchworth. A date that I've been wanting to do with him for quite some time; so I was very excited! We got there, started site seeing, taking pictures, had our picnic and walking through the upper and middle falls together. Once we stopped at the middle falls I could tell Nick was acting slightly strange once we got there because we were there for 15 minutes and I was ready to go but Nick kept asking to stay longer...and longer...and even longer. Then I forced Nick to keep moving haha! When we got to the steps by the middle falls that overlooked the whole park Nick looked at me, grabbed my hand, said "you know I love you right?" to which of course I said yes. Then got down on one knee, pulled out the ring and asked, "Nichole will you marry me?"! I was in such shock and in disbelief that this was actually happening! I've been wanting to marry Nick for so long and I truly knew Nick was my soulmate. Of course, I said YES!
