For every person attending we are asking a flat rate of $300 to be paid by March 1st. The other expense we are asking is for the comedy show dinner/ rehearsal dinner. As these spots fill up quickly, we are asking that you do this at your earliest convenience. I will put the website and phone number below. It will be for April 23rd at the 5:00 pm show time. When prompted, please put "McCoy" as your side. The cost with tax will be $71.26 per person. The rest of the activities are not a requirement so you can pick and choose what you want to participate in and pay for. The options for activities that cost money are in the "Schedule" tab. No, you are not required to stay for the entire length of time. We understand that not everyone can take off the time. Just let us know the days you are able to attend. For every person going, it is a flat rate of $300 per person no matter the length of stay.
Clothes, including your wedding outfits and layers as the morning and nights will be more chilly with an average day temperature of high 60s to low 70s for that time of year, bathing suits for the indoor pool and hot tub, extra towels if you plan to swim or go white water rafting, and a change of shoes. Linens will be provided by the cabin but you are free to bring any personal items, like a fan if you need to sleep with one. Toiletries. Any games you would want to play. Lastly, a positive attitude ready for fun!
We are requesting, not requiring, that you wear pastel colors that represent spring or neutral colors. We are hoping for an aesthetically pleasing group that shows cohesiveness in the wedding pictures. We understand that you are spending more money than you would at an average wedding, so again this is not a requirement, just a request. For ladies, pastel blues, purples, pinks, greens, tans, beige, etc. For men, lighter colors such as beige, tan, light gray for suits or pants with pastel or light colored shirts.
Please check the "Schedule" tab for more details.
To save everyone from stress, and as a thank you for joining us, we will be providing snacks, the first dinner and the first breakfast. Beyond that, each person will be responsible for buying some groceries and paying for their meals when they are out and about. We hope to be able to share in some meals and snacks at the cabin, but you are also welcome to have things just for yourselves. There are two refrigerators and plenty of cabinets for storage.
There is an indoor pool, a hot tub, a movie theater, a game room with a pool table, many games, a deck with a gorgeous mountain view and seating, and a television in each room.
As there are limited spots available, we are asking those that know each other well to carpool if possible. There may be a need to park somewhere close by and get shuttled to the cabin by us or another guest. Priority will be given to the bride and groom, anyone with a physical need, and the elders of the group. Once we have a total count with the amount of cars, we will relay more information.
We don't have one. We are not expecting any gifts. We know what we are asking financially from each of you and that is enough. The gift of your presence is all we need. However, once we are there together, we may accept drinks and food :)
You can contact either Michael or Nichole if you have any further questions. Michael (248) 241-7252 or Nichole (734) 890-8190.
