Is there transportation available from and back to the airport?

Answer

Yes, complimentary airport transfers are available when you book directly with the resort. Each room is entitled to one private round-trip transportation, with the requirement that all room occupants arrive and depart together. To qualify, you must book a minimum 3-night stay, and a transfer reservation link will be included in your hotel confirmation. You can book through Seasons Tours or email transfer@seasonstours.com. Please be aware that bookings made through third-party vendors do not include this service, and guests will need to arrange their own transportation. Airport transfers must be reserved at least 60 days prior to your arrival.

Is there a Wedding Promo Code or Group Rate?

Yes, we have a special group rate available through our wedding booking promo code. When you book rooms directly with the hotel using this code, you'll receive our exclusive group rate. Please note that reservations made through other sources will not be eligible for this promotional discount.

No, there is no room block. Rooms are subject to website availability.

Is there a deposit or payment plan?

Answer

No deposit is required. All reservations booked through the hotel website using the promo code will be charged in full 30 days before arrival date to the credit card provided during booking process. There will be a charge of $1 to hold room. No partial payments are allowed.

Yes, reservations are refundable when booking room only directly with the resort. Call them at 886-211-6223 to make a change to reservation.

Our wedding celebrates a beachy chic aesthetic, designed to capture the relaxed yet stylish spirit of our destination event. While we invite you to dress comfortably and elegantly, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or cream.
