When do RSVPs need turned in?

Answer

All RSVPs need finalized by July 27th preferably. We will be accepting any other late rsvps up until August 5th!!! After this final headcounts will be turned in to vendors and if you are not on the list we can’t promise accommodations during the ceremony or reception.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes, we have tried to add in the kids for our overall count. If we are missing anyone who might be coming that was not on your rsvp list, let Joshua or Nichole know and we will get them added in!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/nice casual is requested. It’ll be hot, so what you’re comfortable in matters.

Do you have rooms blocked for the event ?

Answer

Yes, the information is on the accommodations page. Rate is 104$ a night. We are blocked for Friday, August 26th and the day of, Saturday August 27th.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

There are smoking areas at the venue which are required for smoking. No extra-curricular forms are allowed. Please remember this is someone else’s property and we all need to respect it.
