, (808) 961-8288

One of my favorite Beaches on the big Island! White sand beach, crystal clear water, and a small beach cave that fun for kids to play in. It’s about 20 mins from town and popular with both locals and visitors.

Queens Bath

Queens Bath

HI 96778

Definitely a must do.. makes for great pictures and awesome experience! Bring a head lamp and maybe some water shoes if you have them you will be swimming in a dark cave made of lava rock!

Pololū Valley

Pololū Valley

HI 96755

If your up for a hike with great views and maybe in search for a black sand beach this may be the adventure for you! The hike is about 1 mile round trip but has steep terrain switchbacks. Hawi is a tiny town you drive through on the way is fun to check out! Grab an ice cream, coffee or lunch!

Toes in the sand and drink in your hand! This place is great for happy hour! With live music on waterfront and full lunch menu.

Mauna Kea

Mauna Kea

HI 96720

One of my favorite places! The stars are incredible and you can look at them through some of the best telescopes. Dress warm! It does snow at this elevation (13,803 ft) you will need 4 wheel drive to be aloud to go to the top, and must get there before they don’t allow people in by 5pm! Sunsets and sun rises are also ideal times to experience the top of this volcano.

Waipio Valley Lookout

Waipio Valley Lookout

Kukuihaele, HI 96727

A breath taking location! If you have 4 wheel drive you can drive down and find a black sand beach with waterfalls and wild horses. The road down to the valley is considered one of the steepest roads in the world at a 25% grade. There is usually someone at the road assuring drivers have 4x4 so it is a MUST for absolute safety.
