Question
When and Where is the Wedding?
Answer
Our Wedding will be held on Saturday October 4th, 2025 in Newberg, Oregon at The Water Oasis - 15055 NE Dopp Rd, Newberg, OR 97132.
Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We would love for our guests to dress up with us! Our dress code is Formal, ALL BLACK ATTIRE. We request that all of our guests come wearing all black attire. Men may wear neutral colored shirts under their suits such as white / cream.

When and How Should I RSVP?
Answer
You will receive a formal invitation 12-8 weeks out from the wedding date. You will RSVP through the wedding website via the RSVP tab or by scanning the QR code within the invitation. Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025. Regretfully, we will not be able to accommodate late responses, as final numbers must be provided to our vendors. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Can I bring a date or plus one?
Answer
We're so excited to celebrate with you! Due to space limitations, we are keeping our guest list intimate and are only able to accommodate those named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to see you on the big day!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Both! Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), and our reception will be indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes! Our venue comes equipped with enough parking to accommodate all of our guests. Parking is on site and is a short walk to the ceremony and reception areas.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Instead of a traditional registry we have opted to do a house down payment fund. Should you wish to contribute, it can be found on our wedding website under the "registry" tab. If you wish to contribute in person, a card box will be available at our reception. We are so grateful for every contribution no matter how big or small, thank you for being a part of helping us reach our dream of owning a home.

Can my children come?
Answer
We love kids, we really do! However, due to venue limitations, we respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitations. Only children in the wedding and close family will be present at the wedding-otherwise, we encourage you to think of our wedding as a date night away from the kids!

What do I do if I wont be able to make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible, and RSVP "will not attend" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "will attend", but find that you cannot make it, please reach out to us directly. Thank you!

What is the closest airport to your venue?
Answer
For our guests traveling in, we recommend flying into the Portland International Airport (PDX). This is the largest airport in the area, and will have the most amount of flight options.

I am coming from out of town, where should I stay?
Answer
We are so thankful for all of our friends and family who are traveling to be here with us on our big day! While we did not do any room blocks for local hotels, we won't leave you hanging! Please head over to our "Travel" tab for accommodation recommendations in the area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will do our best to accommodate food allergies. When RSVP'ing under the "RSVP" tab, please add any food allergies you have so that we are aware. Thank you!
