Wedding Ceremony

Drive just past the orchard (on your right) and the next dirt road just past a field is the driveway (everything on the right). We'll be getting married in the rows of honey crisp trees. If it's pouring rain we'll have to have the ceremony at the house.
Wedding prep
8:00 am - 12:30 pm

Wedding preparations will be starting bright and early at 8 AM at our home. Ladies will be getting ready upstairs in the master. The salon has put together a schedule for hair and makeup which begins at 8 AM. Please arrive early with your hair dry so they can get to work on time. I want everything finished by 12:30 so that we can be ready for the professional photographers to take pictures at 1 PM. We only have 6 hours with them and so I need to make the most of every minute. I'm really looking forward to getting ready with you ladies!! I'll have yummy baked goods and mimosas for those that enjoy them!
Pre-wedding photography

The photographers will be ready to shoot at 1 PM. I'd like to have a few pics of Brandon and his Dad and of us ladies "getting ready" in the master bedroom. I'd like to get some shots of my dad and I and then we need to get going to the Orchard!
Photos at the Orchard/Drinks and Apps at Home
2:45 pm - 4:30 pm
If the weather is at least somewhat nice, we'll be taking the bulk of our photos at the Orchard just after the ceremony. We'll start with family/friend shots and then finish with bride and groom alone shots, so family and friends can head back to our home for drinks and apps and some silly photo booth shots. Dad will drive up to Norway to get BBQ (pick up at 4 PM), Mom will head up App prep, Chelsea u are in charge of herding people to the photo booth and maybe cocktails ;) Brandon and I will plan to leave the orchard by 4:30 to make it back for dinner at 5.
Reception Dinner

Formal
We'll dine on yummy pulled brisket and pulled pork from our favorite BBQ joint. It will be a buffet style dinner where you can help yourself to whatever food you like and we'll have 2 beautiful hand-crafted tables set up in the living room to dine at.
First Dance and Cutting of the cake
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
I would like to have a first dance with Brandon and Dad and of course cut the cake! We have the photographers until 6 PM, so hopefully things will run smoothly through the day and we won't feel too rushed. After 6 PM I'd like to make sure I get some fun photos with my guests and then for those able to stay late we can enjoy a camp fire.
