About Westminster Fallfest: This signature event is Carroll County’s Largest Community Charity Event. Each September, Fallfest draws more than 40,000 people to historic downtown Westminster, MD. Families enjoy our festival midway and rides, while others come for the great food, unique shopping, and heart-stopping entertainment. The event begins with a parade down Main Street on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 7 pm, followed by four days of non-stop fun including amusement rides and over 80 vendors with a variety of food, crafts, and gifts. **Please note that parking and traffic in the area of main street will be affected during this time.
