What should I wear?

Answer

Black-tie optional. A suit and tie for men and an evening gown or midi length dress for the ladies - bright colors and florals are highly encouraged. Tuxedos are not required. Ladies especially, please do not feel like you have to wear dark colors just because it is formal. Flowy floral prints and bright colors are very much encouraged. Our venue can get windy, which is why long dresses are preferred. Lulus.com has some great options and inspo.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. The ground is mostly dirt/shell, so wear chunky heels or wedges. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles. Men, feel free to opt for brown instead of black shoes to show less dirt.

What will the weather be like?

Paso in August can be anywhere from 70-95, getting down to 55-60 at night. The last three years around this time it has been in the high 70's to low 80's.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception are entirely outdoors.

Is there parking?

Answer

There is ample free parking at the venue. However, if you plan to take full advantage of the open bar, please use an Uber or Lyft. The venue is easily accessible and there should be plenty of Ubers available to get you back to your hotel or airbnb safely.

Is it ok to take pictures with our phones during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes please! If you have a food allergy or dietary restrictions, please let us know. We don't want anyone going hungry.
