Bailey and I first officially met on May 8, 2020, in Utah at a friend’s DJ set. According to him, the moment I walked into the Airbnb, he turned to his friend and said, “I’m going to marry that girl.” At the time, I had no idea… but somehow, he already did. Not long after, we started spending more time together within our friend group, and I quickly developed a little crush. Between his smile, his laid-back charm (and yes, the man bun), I was hooked. Before we made things official, we had our first “unofficial date” at Qdoba where Bailey learned about my love for burrito bowls. It was shortly after that he tried to ask me to be his girlfriend on June 12th at my birthday party, but I made him wait until midnight (no sharing my birthday!), so June 13th, 2020 became our official start. Over the next four years, we built a life full of love, laughter, travel, and also got our sweet cat, Loki. Then on April 27, 2024, Bailey turned his words from that very first day into a promise and asked me to marry him and of course, I said yes. Now here we are, still choosing each other every day and so excited for forever 🤍
