Is it a kids friendly event ?

Answer

While we'd love to have all our loved ones celebrate with us, to create a truly magical and intimate experience, we've decided to have an adults-only ceremony and reception. We completely understand this might require some additional planning, and we want to help! We've partnered with our amazing wedding planner, Bethany, to secure a fantastic childcare option for those with little ones. Please reach out to us personally for more information. We can't wait to celebrate with you, and for those with children, we know you'll have peace of mind knowing they're in great hands!

Where should I fly In?

Answer

Aspen airport would be the closest. However Denver would be the cheapest but it’s a 4 hour drive. Aspen has a shuttle that takes you to the hotel we believe staying from 17-19 would be best as we have rented the hotel block out for those specific dates.

Where is the reception?

Answer

At the same spot as the hotel! Crestwood condominiums

Ceremony parking

Answer

There will be 2, 25- person busses that will take you to and from the ceremony. The ride will be 30-45 minutes.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're excited to share that the dress code for our special day is formal or black-tie optional. While black-tie attire is welcome, it's not required. If you're unsure, feel free to ask fellow guests or err on the side of formality (you can always adjust your attire if needed). Please keep in mind that we're celebrating in a beautiful mountain setting, which may involve some walking and cooler temperatures (around 50°F at dawn). One important note: we kindly request that you avoid wearing any shades of orange beige or white, so we can make the most of our special day. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!
