We have made a registry on amazon that you should be able to find under our names but please don't feel obligated to buy us a gift. All that we are expecting is you. If you would like to give something a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.
No, if you are undecided whether you are drinking or not please mark that you will be. This way we can provide you with the wristband at the wedding if you decide to drink. It will be an open bar for anyone who is wearing a wristband.
The rehearsal and rehearsal dinner will be on Thursday, September 17th, 2020. We would like all of our wedding party and their guest to be there by that evening. On Friday, the groomsman and bridesmaids will split up and get ready together. The majority of photos will be taken prior to the ceremony with both parties.
The sooner you book the more availability there will be at an affordable rate. Dewey beach is a tourist area and although we are not getting married in the summer, the area will still be busy. As soon as you decide you are coming I would book a place to stay. All hotels and Airbnbs in Dewey are within a walkable distance to our venue. If you would prefer to stay in Rehoboth or Bethany Beach it is a short drive.
There is parking available at the venue however it is available to the public and can fill up quickly. If possible I would give yourself an extra 15 minutes for parking. There is street parking available that does not require a permit.
The wedding will be on Friday, September 18th at 6pm, we recommend you get a hotel for that night if traveling. The newlyweds will be staying down there until Sunday and welcome any guest to stay.
The ceremony and dinner will both be held outside on the bay in the sand. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held inside. We do recommend that you wear appropriate footwear to walk in the sand. The ceremony and reception will all be held in the same place.
Respectfully, we have decided that our wedding is best suited as adults only. We have limited our guest list to 18 and older. Your formal invitation will show how many seats are being reserved for you.
