Welcome to our new adventure

While we did meet the good old-fashioned way, online, what makes our love story unique was all the time spent leading up to us finally being in the right place at the right time. Rhema(me), grew up on the West Coast, and Nick the East Coast. Right after High School I moved to New York to study Jazz at Long Island University. At the same time, Nick was attending Hofstra, about 10 minutes from where I was going to school. We would have been going to the same grocery stores; taking the same trains, and just missing each other by that much. I eventually moved back to California and Nick, back to Florida. We did a bit of moving around and life landed me in Las Vegas. I was only supposed to be here for a few months before moving states again. Meanwhile Nick had taken a new job in GA and was considering moving to San Diego for work. When a position in his company opened in Las Vegas, something told him, "TAKE IT". And just like that Nick and I lived 10 minutes away from each other again. When we matched online, we went back and forth about meeting up. I'd cancel, he'd cancel, I'd get nervous, he'd get nervous, and we really thought it wasn't going to happen. One day we finally met up and the rest.. well here we are.
