While our main room block and the shuttle service (to and from the ceremony/venue, and the after-party) are at the Hyatt Place, there are many other hotels in the area. Other local options are about a 10-minute drive from the Hyatt. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will need to get to the Hyatt Place to use the wedding shuttle for transportation. Yes! Free valet parking will be available in the lot across the street from the venue. However, for guests who will be celebrating and enjoying drinks, we encourage using the shuttle service from the Hyatt place to the venue and back for a safe and easy ride.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the beach. We recommend that guests dress accordingly for an outdoor, beach setting and the expected weather.
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
Our wedding is formal, so please wear elegant attire such as gowns, cocktail dresses, or suits.
The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM so you can be escorted to the beach and settled before we begin.
Shuttles will be available to transport guests from the Hyatt Place to the ceremony. Please be ready in the lobby, as the shuttles will be departing promptly at 4:30 PM.
Yes, the celebrations start early! Please pop in for a drink and a hello as we kick off the weekend! Welcome Drinks will be hosted on Thursday, October 1st at Cowfish in Hampton Bays from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
