It all began on Christmas Day, 2015, when fate brought us together in the most unexpected way, on vacation with our families at the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas. What started as a chance meeting quickly turned into days spent side by side, but little did we know, our lives had been circling each other all along—our childhood homes just towns apart, and both of us living in downtown Chicago while attending college at Loyola and DePaul. That trip was the start of our life together.
