You will need to enter and exit through The Haralson Room private entrance. You will not be able to enter through the main taproom. Here are parking/driving instructions for The Haralson Room. Enter through the "alley" to the right of Minneapolis Cider Co. and The Haralson Room is back and to the left with a patio out front. There are over 80 parking spots back here, so plenty of space.
We recommend that you arrive at the venue at 3:00 pm (30 minutes before the start of the ceremony), to make sure we start the ceremony on time.
Complimentary parking is available for our guests in a parking lot adjacent to the Van Dusen Mansion. Please access the lot on Pillsbury Avenue. Directional signage will be posted on street corners around the Mansion to assist.
October in Minneapolis generally ranges with high temperatures of 15 °C (59 °F) and low temperatures at night of 4 °C (39 °F). Due to the changing climate caused by fossil fuel emissions, day time temperatures in Minneapolis on a sunny day can be above 25°C (77 °F) in October. We advise dressing in layers. We are currently planning for an outside ceremony, but all other events will be indoors.
We are currently planning for an outdoor ceremony, followed by an indoor reception. In the case of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors at the Van Dusen Mansion.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Please wear something that makes you feel comfortable. No dress code for the welcome event.
