Below you’ll find all the details you need for a smooth and stress-free travel experience — so all you have to do is relax, sip something tropical, and enjoy the celebration of a lifetime! 🌴💍
Question

What are the travel dates for the wedding group?

Answer

Our celebration week runs from November 6th to November 13th, 2025. We understand that some guests may be arriving later within those dates — and that’s perfectly okay! Please just ensure your arrival allows you to attend the wedding events comfortably and on time.

Question

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Guests who booked their stay under our official wedding group will receive complimentary round-trip transportation through the resort’s partner, BD Experience. BD Experience representatives will be waiting outside the airport holding signs, ready to guide you to your vehicle. If you booked your stay outside of our wedding group, you’ll need to arrange your own private transportation to the resort. Private transfers can be pre-booked online through BD Experience or other trusted transportation providers.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least one day before the wedding (no later than November 11th) to allow time to check in, complete resort registration, and settle in comfortably.

Question

What time is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you arrive early, you may leave your bags with the front desk and start enjoying the resort’s pools, restaurants, and beach.

Question

What should I expect during check-in?

Answer

Upon arrival, resort staff will assist you with the check-in process and then direct you to attend a mandatory 1-hour resort registration/presentation before entering your room. Please plan for this time in your travel schedule so you can relax and enjoy the rest of your stay once it’s complete.

Question

What do I need for check-in?

Answer

Please bring a valid photo ID, passport and a credit card for incidentals. Guests who booked through our wedding group should also have their confirmation email or group code ready.

Question

What day and time is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025, at 2:00 PM sharp. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:30 PM so everyone is seated and ready before the ceremony begins.

Answer

The dress code is Formal Attire. Ladies — elegant gowns, cocktail dresses, or flowy evening wear. Gentlemen — suits or dress slacks with a button-up shirt (ties or bowties optional). Please avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory, as those colors are reserved for the bride.

Question

Is the resort family-friendly?

Answer

Yes! Grand Palladium Punta Cana is a family-friendly resort offering fun activities and amenities for all ages.

Question

Can I leave the resort on my own and explore?

Answer

For safety reasons, we do not recommend leaving the resort on your own. We want to make sure everyone stays safe and returns home to their loved ones without worry. Please remember, we’re all in another country that we’re not fully familiar with. The resort is all-inclusive and offers plenty of fun, food, and relaxation right on-site from beaches and pools to restaurants and entertainment. If you’d like to explore beyond the resort, we encourage booking official group excursions directly through BD Experience or the resort concierge, as they partner with trusted local guides for safe, organized experiences. Your safety and well-being mean the world to us, so please enjoy everything the resort has to offer together, safely, and with love. 💕
