Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered with Zola. We will also have a Cards & Gifts Box on the day of the wedding. We have a home, and everything we need. Gifts are not required, but are certainly appreciated. Our biggest wish is for an amazing honeymoon! We depart on a 10 day cruise on Tuesday 26th Nov. We would love to enjoy the sights and experience some adventures and Excursions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 1:00pm and 1:15pm. This will give you time to locate your seat, and get a drink before the ceremony which begins at 1:30pm.

Is there a Bar?

Answer

Yes! Nick and Kristina do not drink, but want their guests to enjoy their day celebrating too. There will be wine and beer provided. Please do not bring any alcohol to the venue, we have it covered. It is an open bar so please be sure to tip Hannah, your bartender.

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1st You can mail us back the RSVP postcard You can also RSVP on our Wedding Website - Just enter the first name or last name of the person on the invitation envelope and the website RSVP will find you in the list. Thank you so much!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

For the most part, this has already been discussed with everyone but if you have additional guests we have not talked about, please reach out to Nick or Kristina to verify.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Business / Cocktail Attire is our dress code. This means shirts must have a collar, no shorts, no jeans, no flip flops or sneakers. We request that women do not wear white or cream. If in question, go with the more formal option.

What are the rules of the venue?

Answer

The Venue at Gentry Pines is a 12 Acre Private Estate located on a lake. Guests are asked to remain on the property. There is no fishing, paddling, or throwing anything into the lake. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio area. No drugs of any kind are allowed. No alcohol can be brought onto the property (we will have an open bar with beer and wine). Children must be supervised at all times.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children who are listed as guests are welcome to attend. We have already discussed with all of our guests who is in their party. If there is anyone additional, please contact Nick or Kristina. Children under the age of 3 are asked to sit on a parents lap or in their stroller. There are no high chairs at the venue. We will have a children's table set up with activities to help keep your little ones entertained.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available.

Who Should I Ask on the Day?

Answer

Meagan is our coordinator for the big day. Her picture is on the "Wedding Party" section of the website so you can recognize her. She will be on site to help guide you or answer any questions you may have.
