How should I RSVP?

We'd love to have you celebrate with us! Please visit the RSVP page on our website to let us know you're coming. We kindly ask that you submit your response by [DATE] so we can finalize our plans.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

What happens if I don’t RSPV in time?

Answer

If we don't receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will need to mark you as unable to attend. We understand this may not reflect your intentions, but we must provide final guest counts to our vendors by their required dates, which means we're unable to accommodate late RSVPs. We truly hope you'll be able to confirm your attendance by the deadline so we can celebrate with you!

Where will the celebrations take place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Rustic Pines, located at 63 Kelly Rd, Plattsburgh, NY 12901. Weather permitting, we'll exchange vows and enjoy cocktail hour outdoors, followed by our reception in the insulated barn. **A golf cart will be available to transport guests to the ceremony space for those who prefer not to navigate the uneven terrain.**

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests arrive and be seated by 3:15 pm. The celebration will continue through 10 pm.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking will be available on site, with the venue's co-owner graciously serving as the parking attendant.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

We invite you to be truly present at this special time. Please, mute your cellphones and put down your cameras. The photographer will capture how this moment looks - we encourage you all to capture how it feels with your hearts, without the distraction of technology. We kindly ask that you hold off on posting photos to social media until we've had the chance to share them first. Thank you for helping us make this day special.
