No, transportation is not provided. However, we’ve reserved a hotel just 15 minutes from the venue for your convenience (see more hotel details in subsequent FAQ questions below). For guests flying in, we recommend arriving at Nashville International Airport (BNA), which is about an hour from Bowling Green, KY. Rideshare options like Uber are available, with estimated costs around $100 from the airport to the hotel. If you need help coordinating travel, feel free to reach out!

The closest and most convenient airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA), which is about 1 hour from Bowling Green, KY. We recommend flying into Nashville if you’re traveling by air. Louisville International Airport (SDF) is another option, but it’s about 2 hours away, making Nashville the better choice for most guests.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Highland Stables! The ceremony is planned for the outdoor open chapel, with an indoor space available in case of inclement weather.
