To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is September 4th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Due to limited space, we can only accomodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
As much as we love your little ones, the wedding is exclusively for adults unless otherwise specified on your invite.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all the be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. We will have disposable cameras at the cocktail hour tables and we encourage you to use them throughout the night!
The dress code is cocktail attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be outside. We anticipate the sun will be shining on our warm Fall day, but it will get cool quickly at night. The venue does not have outdoor heaters available, so please bring a jacket. The venue is quite large and has lots of dirt pathways, stairs, and lawns. Please wear shoes that you are comfortable with on unpaved terrain.

Rideshare services will NOT pick you up from our venue at the end of the night unless you reserve them in advance (all guests must leave by 9pm). We strongly suggest carpooling. There is on site parking if you choose to drive yourself.
