We’re getting married!

Through many mutual friends and family, Nicholas and Jillyan had met before. A little over six years ago their paths crossed yet again, this time the rest was history. The couple fell in love and they became inseparable. With the help of their friends and family to lean on while they were apart, they only grew closer with each visit they had with one another. While Jillyan stayed with her family in Palm Coast, she got the pleasure of visiting Nicholas while on his journey becoming a doctor. From Tampa, to Chicago, and now Jacksonville, they grew stronger. Watching shooting stars on summer nights, eating hot apple cider donuts at the fall festival, having snowball fights in the Chicago winters, long spring walks on the Florida beaches… time together was always so special. Their visits never felt long enough. Traveling back and forth, the couple made so many memories together in each city. All the years spent away from one another were finally coming to a close, for Nick and Jillyan it was only just beginning. Nicholas proposed on March 13 2022, with the help of her cousins who set up a private picnic at their favorite place, Washington Oaks State Park. This is the place the couple had spent countless hours over the years walking the parks’ paths, swinging in hammocks underneath the oak trees together. This time it was different, Nicholas got down on one knee. The couple finally wouldn’t have to say goodbye or spend any more time apart. Jillyan, of course said, “Yes!”. We can’t wait to be married and have our favorite people join us to celebrate our new beginning of marriage when two become one, a day full of love and laughter, together!
