Cancun is the easiest airport to fly into (however Tulum is also close). When you book your flight, email it to Zandra, the travel agent who you booked through, and she will set up complimentary transportation from the Resort. You will get an email from Zandra about how to find the bus once you get to the airport. Follow her instructions!
