Please arrive early to the venue, to ensure that the ceremony is able to start on time. Aim to arrive around 3:45pm. Don't forget to sign the guest book on the way in!
There is a small parking lot in front of the Community Center, however, that will be designated solely for vendors, bridal party & handicapped persons. Right across the street, there is a dirt lot that will be designated for guest parking. There will be cones in order to ensure passerby's know about the special event. At night, there will be lights as well. Carpooling is highly encouraged!
Dress is semi-formal, but it will be in a park, so the ceremony is on grass. Dress comfortably, for a Southern California winter night, but also be ready to kick off your shoes to dance the night away! Bring a coat just in case!
There will be a cocktail hour before the scheduled meal. For dinner, we will be eating tacos!! We will have a taco stand, which you can return to throughout the night. It will include quesadillas, tacos, and horchata. There will be different meat options.
We will have an open bar from 5pm-10pm. The bar will strictly serve beer and wine, no hard liquor. However, the bride and groom would ask that you please respect our wishes and stick to only 1-2 drinks until after the First Dance and Parent Dances. After all of those scheduled festivities are done, then you are free to enjoy your drinks!
