Groom
Matron of Honor
A God-sent friend, Alison and I met in college and have been like sisters ever since.
Best Man
My long time best friend. I mean, come on, our names are Nicholas Barry and Michael Cherry. We're basically the dynamite duo, and every teacher in Lee County High learned it the hard way!
Maid of Honor
A consistent friend and a party waiting to happen! Morgan and I share a special bond as we are both drummers, more importantly, forever friends.
Groomsman
Man! So many stories from doing community outreach and crisis intervention in Old North St. Louis! Warren was with me the day some guy tried to attack me while we were doing outreach. Good times! Warren is absolutely the craziest dancer in the group and has taught me A LOT about being a good counselor and social worker.
Bridesmaid
Kayla has been such a blessing in my life. A true and Godly friend I can always count on. She runs her own business, has planted a church with her husband in south Chicagoland and is some pretty good competition when it comes to board games!
Groomsman
One of my two best friends in Chicago, and MAN, can he preach! He is the pastor of our Homewood-Flossmoor Campus and is doing a phenomenal work there. The only bad thing is that he's one of the Bama fans...but hey, we don't hold that against him!
Bridesmaid
As we blend families, I gain the sweetest sister and friend you could ever meet. My dreams of siblings are coming true!
Groomsman
So, did I mention how many of us are SEC Football fans? Yeah, it's a real way of life! Wes is a big Georgia Bulldog fan, but he can't be all "that bad." He gave Keith and me the COOLEST nephew in the world!
Bridesmaid
From late night "third-floor parties" (by parties I mean eating all the late night snacks and making fools of ourselves as we sang along to every Disney song that played) in the college dorm. To long, deep talks about life. Kait has sprinkled all the glitter you'll find in my life...quite literally, she is a professional keeper of glitter sticks!
Groomsman
My Cajun-cookin, low country boilin', brothah-from anothah-motha! Yeah, he likes Mississippi State, but none of us are perfect. At least he makes my golf game look pretty good!
Bridesmaid
Growing up together, we both planned our lives to be different than what has happened. Seeing each other through ALL the awkward phases and the curve balls life threw our way, Jacklyn has been a constant friend and I'm forever grateful.
Groomsman
My real bro! Keith is my younger sibling by almost 10 years, but he out-grew me by the age of 14. He's a great singer and loves to just have a good time. His favorite shirt says: "Introverted but willing to talk about Jesus."
Bridesmaid
Lanna, Lancealot, Lan-tanna, Lanna Banana...whatever the nickname or practical joke I pulled, Lanna has been a true friend. She's always there when I need her. For a laugh, for a helping hand or someone to lean on in hard times. A kind soul and forever sister.
Groomsman
(aka - Jon Jon) He's one of 2 Bama fans in this group, but we don't have to hate him for it. Jon Jon is my battle buddy. We completed infantry training together and both volunteered to go to Afghanistan early back in 2010. He was beside me when I got some of the worst news of my life, and didn't hate me when I dented his truck (don't worry, I paid for the damages).
Groomsman
Corey, AKA: Co-Rey, used to ride the bus with Nicholas. They became friends listening to Journey and Rush, and rockin’ out to Neil Peart drum solos. In high school, Corey and Nicholas marched in the drum line and were Co-Captains of the percussion section. Co-Rey has always been the better drummer, but Nicholas still has the better ears. ;P
