What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal (cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dark suite and ties). Our bridal party will be in black & navy blue!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

All will be inside at one location!

Question

How do I get to the venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We reserved the Cescaphe Trolly to transport all of our guests. Pick up will be on the street in between the Loews and Canopy Hotels. Drop off at the venue will be in two groups. Drop off after the reception will run until all guests are picked up. The venue offers free valet parking should any guests wish to drive. The valet lot is gated and conveniently located on the side of the venue building!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love the little ones, due to space constraints and safety concerns, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.

Question

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What’s the best way to let you know?

Answer

Dinner service will be taken by the venue staff and made to order. There is no dinner card required with your RSVP. Should you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please notify Nick or Heather so we may let the venue staff know asap!

Answer

We have rooms reserved at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel and Canopy by Hilton. They are conveniently located across the street from one another! Please mention you are reserving a room as part of the Halleran/Diem wedding upon booking! For Loews please use reference code. HDW919
