Claire and I met in her dorm room the day she moved in, and from that moment, I knew she was someone special. We first bonded in our English class, where countless conversations and shared laughter turned into a lifelong friendship. Since then, we’ve made many spontaneous trips around Kansas, spent weekends doing crafts, and had nights where we watched every Barbie movie. Each day and night were filled with memories, laughter, and inside jokes. I know there are many more adventures to come. Claire has been there for me through all the toughest parts of life, offering advice, comfort, and unwavering love. Her humor, warmth, and loyal heart have carried me through every season, and I’m endlessly grateful to have her by my side on this day and always.

Hailey and I met through a mutual friend during our first year of college, and our friendship has only grown stronger ever since. I’ve had the joy of watching her celebrate some of the most significant milestones in her life, and she’s been there for me through mine as well. Her warmth and loyalty are unmatched, and she brings a great deal of light wherever she goes. Hailey’s friendship has been a steady source of love and laughter through the years. I couldn’t imagine this day without her standing beside me.

Reagan and I met while working together at a daycare, and later found ourselves in many of the same college classes. From the start, she’s been full of fun, spirit, and a little bit of wild energy that always keeps life exciting. Beyond that, we share a love of movies, games, and all the little activities that make life brighter. Reagan has a heart as big as her laughter, and she brings joy to every moment we share. I’m so lucky to have her as part of my bridal party and my life.

Jacqui and I go all the way back to my first year of high school, and she’s been like an honorary big sister to me ever since. She used to take me to school in the mornings, and over time became the person I turned to for advice on college, marriage, and everything in between. Being part of her wedding was such a special honor and having her by my side now means the world to me. Jacqui’s guidance, kindness, and strength have profoundly shaped who I am. I’m so thankful to have her share in this new chapter of my life.
Zachary Hess

Zac is Nick’s twin brother, so naturally, that’s where they met. He’s the reason Nick fell in love with fishing. They have always shared a love of video games and good-natured competition. Zac’s also one of the most sympathetic people you’ll ever meet, always ready to lend an ear (or a sarcastic remark). Nick loved growing up with him and is a better person because of it, though he’d never admit that to Zac’s face, of course.

Nick and Zach met in second grade when Nick’s family was out for a casual stroll… walking their pet hedgehog down the road. Zach lived two houses away, and after a quick ten-minute conversation, a lifelong friendship began. From that day on, it wouldn’t be a proper hangout without Zach there. He’s one of the most dependable people Nick knows, a steady, reliable presence through every season of life. He’s the kind of friend who shows up, stays late, and makes every memory better just by being around.

Nick met Joey through a group of mutual friends, and it didn’t take long for their shared sense of humor and love of adventure to click. One of Nick’s favorite memories with Joey is their trip to Illinois to explore an abandoned hospital, because who doesn’t bond over a little light trespassing and ghost hunting? Joey is endlessly funny, always up for anything, and brings an adventurous spirit to every plan (and probably every plan that shouldn’t be made). There’s never a dull moment when he’s around, and that’s exactly how Nick likes it.

Nick met Collin in their first year of high school, and it was clear right away that Collin had a wild side in the best possible way. Collion’s a true free spirit. He’s the life of every camping trip, turning even the simplest weekends into epic adventures. His fun-loving energy has created some of Nick’s favorite memories over the years. If something hilarious or unexpected happened, chances are, Collion was involved.
