Pre-Cocktail Gathering

2:30 pm - 4:30 pm

This will occur immediately following the ceremony. Beer, seltzers, soda & snacks will be provided. Parking will be available. You may leave your vehicle there during the reception if you would like.

Provided Guest Transportation

2:45 pm - 5:00 pm

After our ceremony, we welcome guests to check in at the hotel and join the pre-cocktail gathering. We will offer pre-cocktail hour pick-ups from the Hotel Mead to the pre-cocktail gathering and then from the Hotel Mead to our reception at Acre 96. Pickup times at the Hotel Mead will be every 15 to 20 minutes starting at 2:30 and ending at 4:45. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles in the Hotel Mead parking lot.

Cocktail Hour

4:30 pm - 5:45 pm

There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails. Can't wait to see you!

Reception

Late Night Guest Transportation

A late-night shuttle will be available to transport guests from Acre 96 back to John & Jill Moran's to pick up vehicles and then to the Hotel Mead. Service will begin at 9:30 PM and run every 45 minutes, with the final shuttle departing at 12:30 AM. Guests not staying at the Hotel Mead are welcome to use the shuttle.
