The earliest you may arrive is 3:00 pm as the ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm CST.
We encourage guests to plan their own transportation to the venue. Please feel free to carpool or use a ride share service. However, there will be plenty of parking available at The Discovery Lodge.
We will have free beer and wine for our guests to enjoy throughout the evening, as well as a cash bar if you want something different. There will also be soda and water available. We want everyone to feel comfortable and have a great time, so please drink responsibly.
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Dinner will feature tender BBQ pulled pork, creamy loaded mashed potatoes topped with cheese and bacon, seasoned green beans, mac & cheese, a fresh garden salad with assorted toppings, and warm, buttery dinner rolls.
We kindly ask that everyone put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. Our photographers will capture all the special memories, so you can relax and be part of the experience.
Yes, absolutely! Feel free to capture the fun during the reception. We will have a special area with a backdrop for pictures, but we encourage you to snap your own memories throughout the evening.
