What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask you to please arrive by 3:00pm

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Our headcounts for some vendors are due 30 days prior, so we ask for an RSVP by 06-03-2026!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are hoping for business casual at the very least. Understanding how hot July can be, we're also fine if people wanted to wear khaki shorts or something similar. Our goal is to make sure everyone is comfortable and safe.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We can do either! The Valerie has flexibility for both an indoor or outdoor ceremony. We're 95% sure the ceremony will be indoor though, we don't want to be sweating during our ceremony! The reception will also be indoors, with access to the patio space as well.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not have transportation, as the hotel we have a room block in is right across the parking lot.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are only allowing children from our immediate family.

What is the bridal party wearing?
