What should I wear to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Casual, Tommy Bahama Vibes. Club shorts and button downs or polos, sundresses for women. Sports jackets are fine but not required.

Question

Do I have to stay the whole time at the Welcome Party? Do I need to eat dinner first?

Answer

In classic Nicolia fashion, there will be TONS of food and drink. This is a come-and-go event from 7PM-10PM on the hotel patio. Feel free to pop in for a snack and drink, or stay for as long as you’d like. There will be passed hors d’oeuvres, carving stations, display stations, and of course, an open bar. Music will be goin, drinks will be flowin.

What should I wear to the Wedding?

Answer

This IS A SEMI-FORMAL event. This is NOT a formal event. Be comfortable! Please avoid Black Tie Attire. Men: Suits are welcome, however feel free to lighten it up. Jacket with no tie or tie with no jacket. No Shorts. No Polos. Women: Semi-formal dresses of all styles welcome, avoid wearing white, as that color is traditionally reserved for the Bride.

Is there transportation to and from the venue on the Wedding Day?

Answer

A series of shuttles will be running the entire evening to and from the Waterstone to The Addison. The first set of shuttles will leave the Waterstone at 4:45PM to arrive at the venue by 5PM. They will continue on in regular intervals depending on traffic and draw bridges. Please do not wait until the latest shuttle you see, as we would like to start the ceremony at 5:30 prompt.
