Is there a dress code?

We would like to see everyone dressed up and feeling their best with us. We are requesting formal attire for our wedding.

Is there a block of rooms available at a hotel?

Answer

We have booked a block of rooms at the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre. The room block is under the "Kent/Rybka Wedding". There will be other weddings happening in the Cambridge area on July 12th, so please do not hesitate to book your room as soon as possible. In addition to this hotel, there are many others in the area including Four Points by Sheraton (Cambridge/Kitchener), Hilton Garden Inn (Cambridge/Kitchener) and many others. Please choose a hotel that best suits your personal preferences.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, don't get us wrong! However, to allow all guests to enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a guest or plus one that is not addressed on my invitation?

Answer

We have addressed our invitations to the people we would love to attend our special day. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you RSVP for both yourself and them. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Kindly RSVP by June 1st, 2024.

What should I do if I am unable to make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we understand! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend", so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking available on site at Roseville Estate. Vehicles can be left overnight, but must be picked up the following morning by 11AM.

Will there be any transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We have booked a transportation company that will be providing guests with a ride to the venue as well as back to the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre at the end of the evening.
