David recently became a friend within the last year. But so quickly became my brother. He has helped me through prayer, breakthrough and has shared his wisdom in his walk with Christ. I know that anything I tell him I’m met with an understanding from the same experiences we have shared. Someone I know I can rely on, someone who cares for my heart but most importantly he cares about my relationship with the Lord. He brings me back to truth in who Jesus sees me every time we speak and pray. He is my brother and my best man.

Tara has been a sister to me since we first became friends watching church online last year at our dear friends home. She is kind hearted, full of love and playfulness, and is light-hearted and joyful in a way that is contagious. I can't imagine life without her and am honored to have her as my Matron of Honor!

Tay and I have been best friends since we were 5 years old! We grew up right down the street from each other and she is the friend I always wanted and sister I always needed. We have been through basically every part of life together! Nearly every memory I have growing up is with Tay. From learning how to drive together, to blasting Aly and AJ on our way to school, and even playing sports together. It is a absolute dream come true to have her as my maid of honor!

Christian didn’t like me when he first met me. For obvious reasons. Loud, obnoxious and thought I was better than I was. He saw right through me. And as he let me in and saw past that, we became brothers instantly. When we became roommates we became even closer. I couldn’t imagine a life with out Christian in it. He is loyal to fault. He will stick to anything that is for someone else. He comes through for his friends and the people he makes promises to. He loves to the maximum capacity that someone can. He is my best dude!

Taura and I met in 2014 on a mission trip to Uganda when we both lived in San Diego. God knew I needed Taura in my life, and has kept us close and on a similar journey! We have bonded over our shared loved for worship through music, missions, crafting up fall decorations, and basically everything else in life! I am so thankful that she not only lives right down the road from me still, but she is family away from home here in Nashville!

I met Dakota for the first time over FaceTime actually, then we got to finally hang out during Christmas last year. I immediately knew we were going to naturally be brothers. That is hard to come by now a days and I’m so glad it happens to be my future brother in law. He is the best big little brother I’ve ever wanted

Annie was my very first friend I met in college! We met in the (icky icky) girls dorm bathroom and she invited me to sit with her on our first outing at the "day at the bay" and lived down from the hall from each other for our first year...We practically lived in the same dorm room since we were inseparable from the start! Annie and I have been through all of adulthood’s highs and lows together and now get to be in each other's weddings in the same year! She is so special to me!

Devin was there at the beginning of my transformation with the Lord. He was there when I needed rides to church, a friend to talk to and to also keep me accountable. Devin showed understanding, patience and grace through the process of me getting to know Jesus. I know that I can surely count on him whenever I need anything. He will always find a way to be there for me.

Alli and I met on our very first day of nursing school orientation! It was that same day we figured out we were assigned to all of the same classes for first semester (thank you Jesus!). Nursing school would not have been the same without her joyful presence and sweet friendship! Alli is the kindest, most bubbly, and caring person you will ever meet and the truest of friends!

Kiffer was also there at the beginning along with Devin! I’m surprised Kiffer ever stayed with friends with me! I was such a handful, well I guess I’m surprised anyone stayed friends with me lol. But Kiffer was in fact always there for me when I needed him. When I needed wisdom or someone to talk to. He never holds back to say it like it is or to speak his mind in a respectful way. Something I’ve always needed. He too showed much grace when i came to Christ. Maybe more than was required, but he loved me when it was easy and chose to love me when it was hard. He is truly a brother.

Katie has been one of my very best friends since we started nursing school! From sharing all of our nursing woes together, to zen-ing out of them through corepower yoga, to sharing our love for Christmas, candles, and fall coziness together, to now being in each other's weddings, I am forever grateful for Katie. Matt and I grew up in the same neighborhood. We never really had much of the same friends, maybe one or two. But mostly grew up with the same people. We somehow stayed in touch and friends through all of the years no matter how far apart we were. He is always so loving, accepting, kind, nice and is so inviting to everyone he meets. This is most likely the reason for us staying in touch. But I don’t doubt God had plotted a plan in his head when he tricked me into going to church camp to “meet girls “. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I found Jesus. Matt brought me to Jesus. And he has since been there for tough conversations and some how even though we are still far apart in distance, we are still close.

Kelsey and I bonded over our love for the Lord, our unfortunate gluten intolerances, and our deep love for kiddos all over the world! She is gentle hearted, dedicated, and an absolute treasure! She makes everyone feel comfortable to be their full selves with her!

I never met someone else who can hug as good as I could until I met Alex. Probably the only person I can ask political questions to and not feel like he’s selling me one way or the other. His wisdom is insane. I feel like I’m always asking multiple questions when I’m with him and he’s so gracious to answer every question with such detail and accuracy. We connected right away. His smile is contagious and he really does make you feel like your the only one in the room when you speak to him. All traits and characteristics I’d love to have. He is always open, and he’s always there. My brother.

Spencer and I met on the first day of 6th grade when I asked to borrow her colored pencils! Who knew that would lead to a million sleepovers, trips back and forth from CA to AZ over every school break, and being in each other's weddings! Spencer is my sister through and through and I treasure every moment we have of quality time to talk our hearts out!

I met Aja a long time ago at a concert he was dancing in. And then years later, literally 2 years later, we met again at a Chillies through another friend. Man we clicked immediately. I knew right away we were going to be brothers. This guy was all about people skills. And it shows! But the only way for them to work is if you genuinely care about people and he does! He cares about every intimate detail. In the way he asks questions and interacts with you. I felt this immediately. We became roommates eventually for a while as well. If I ever needed anything to improve in, he somehow knew the answer. Honestly he has read like 100+ books in like a year. That’s dramatic but he’s super smart. The way he loves people is something I think about often because it helps me love those around me.

Danielle and I met working in labor and delivery at Saint Thomas! What an absolute gift from the Lord. Danielle and I are kindred souls. From enduring night shifts together, to enjoying girls days out, to spending cozy days at home together with her sweet babies and talking for hours, she has been a constant and true friend since I moved to Tennessee. I am beyond thankful for her friendship!

Stephen and I love coffee. We love cocktails. What better way to connect with me then to ask about where my coffee is from or how I like to make it? He nailed it. I’ve honestly become a better at-home bartender because of him. Stephen is someone who doesn’t like the surface, he goes in to figure out how to do it well. And that also means the way he loves his friends and family deeply. Stephen is such a great listener, he loves people how they need to be loved, and always seeks to understand when he may not even agree. Stephen has a genuine love and care of literally everyone! His actions speak for themselves. He became my brother instantly.

Sydney and I met working together at our Children's Clinic! We originally bonded over getting our nails done too often (hehe) and she has been a best friend ever since! Sydney is beautiful inside and out! She is incredibly thoughtful, empathetic and is someone you can always count on. She is the life of the party, and makes 40 hours of work per week fun! I can't imagine not having her by my side on this day!

Alec is one of the few people who will let me hug them for as long as i want and not get weird out. We met during covid at our Sunday worship nights that we do. We easily became friends by seeing how goofy and non judge mental we are towards one another for the silly things we would do or say. He loves the lord and understands how to not take things so seriously, but then to also take things seriously when it’s time. We quickly became brothers after meeting. He is someone i feel naturally close with, something hard to come by now a days.
