Accommodations
Answer
We recommend booking accommodations early, as Pinehurst is a popular destination. Guests are welcome to stay at Pinehurst Resort, at our room block, or at one of the many nearby hotels and Airbnbs in the surrounding area. That said, we have secured a room block at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in the Southern Pines/Pinehurst area! Rooms may be booked using the link provided in the travel tab, and we kindly ask that reservations be made by November 5, 2026. Please note, however, that Pinehurst Resort is a stay-to-play property, so guests who wish to golf at Pinehurst during the weekend must stay on-site. Even if you choose to stay elsewhere, there are plenty of excellent golf courses and local attractions nearby to enjoy during your visit.

We kindly request cocktail attire for the welcome cocktail hour and black tie optional attire for the ceremony and reception. We would love for our guests to join us by incorporating shades of dark green, navy, burgundy, or gold throughout the weekend, though classic neutrals are always a beautiful choice as well! The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please keep the weather in mind when planning your outfit. December temperatures in Pinehurst typically range from 35° to 55°F. Each invitation is thoughtfully addressed to the guests we hope will join us. We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend and that all guests be included in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

While we would truly love to celebrate with everyone, we ask that our wedding remain an adults-only evening, with the exception of children in the bridal party. We are grateful for your understanding and can't wait to celebrate together!

Golfing at Pinehurst
Answer
Pinehurst Resort is a private, stay-to-play property. Golf privileges are exclusively available to guests with confirmed overnight accommodations at one of the Resort's lodging properties. Guests staying offsite—including other hotels, short-term rentals, or private residences—are not eligible to book or access golf reservations at the Resort. That said, even if you choose accommodations outside of the Pinehurst Resort, there are numerous excellent golf courses in the surrounding area, making it easy to enjoy a round no matter where you stay. Many nearby clubs offer public tee times and are just a short drive from the village
