Question

What about COVID-19?

Answer

We realize that COVID-19 has a large impact on the world we live in today. That being said, we are fortunate that our venue is able to accommodate the size of our wedding in conformance with current state restrictions. In case indoor dining is still closed in May, the venue is able to host our wedding entirely outside. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided upon arrival. We ask that you be socially distant leading up to the wedding and, if possible, have a COVID test done prior to your arrival in Philadelphia.

Question

Who can I contact if I have questions during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Please do not call or text Allison and Nicholas, as they are embracing every moment of their wedding weekend. Please contact Allison DelGrippo, Maid of Honor, with any questions you might have, at (908) 910-5009, or Marcos Lamberto, Best Man, at (856) 341-3789.

Question

Will there be transportation available for guests?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle for guests staying at the Fairfield Inn on the way to the venue. The bus will be leaving the hotel promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that if you plan to take the bus to please be on it no later than 4:20pm. There are 52 seats available on the bus so this is strictly first come first serve. The bus will be taking multiple trips on the way back from the venue. All guests are welcome to use the bus as an option to return to the city after the reception.

Question

I want to drive. Is there parking?

Answer

Of course! There will be a valet at the venue. If you choose to drive, the venue has been kind enough to allow cars to stay parked overnight. Important note - all cars must be picked up by 11:00 AM the following morning, otherwise they will be towed.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Please come dressed in attire for a outdoor spring wedding. The ceremony will take place on the lawn - please keep in mind that stilettos will sink into the grass without heel protectors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please allow for ample time to be settled in your seat before the ceremony begins.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la - in order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate any guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar. Please remember to bring cash to tip our bartenders and servers at the end of the evening.

Question

Should you bring your dancing shoes? *Wink*

Answer

You betcha! We are so thrilled. We cannot wait to both host, and celebrate with you!!

For all the days along the way
