When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by December 12th 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is formal attire. For women, this means floor length gowns. Men may wear suits or tuxes.

Are plus-ones or children allowed?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only, we are only able to accommodate the amount listed on your invite. While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the evening.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our venue can accommodate guests arriving 30 minutes prior to the wedding start time. Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Will there be parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a complimentary valet service available for our guests. We encourage you to use it as parking on N Broad Street is limited.

Question

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a trolley available to take you to the venue for the wedding and transport you back safely to the hotel at the end of the night. The trolley only runs from VIE to the Kimpton Palomar Hotel.

Why don’t I have a meal choice on my invite?

Answer

We will have a menu of three choices for you to pick from on the night of the wedding at your seat. Your waiter/waitress will take your order and if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies please let them know then and they will be able to accommodate your needs.
