We have hotel blocks saved at both The Element & The W Hotel in Philly. 
These hotels are *connected* to each other and provide a variety of pricing for rooms.

Rooms will be released from the room block on 8/1/25.

Transportation:

Cescaphe Trolley Service will be provided from the hotels to and from the venue.
*Tentative pick up times: 4:30 & 5:00*


Complimentary valet will be provided for those driving to the venue.
