FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please feel free to contact Nick or I via Facebook messenger or at 513-903-6699. Thank you!
Question

What are your safety precautions? Are masks mandatory?

Answer

We ask that our guests wash/sanitze their hands frequently/before self serving of food/drinks, as well as unvaccinated individuals to get rapid tests a few days to a week before our wedding. We are not making masks mandatory, however, it is recommened that non-vaccinated individuals wear masks/face coverings when not eating or drinking. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided. Please remember to keep your distance from others, and ask before you give hugs! Remember: spread love, not germs!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Feel free to wear whatever you like, casual is fine. I do not recommend heels as the wedding is at a nature preserve.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough, but if you're feeling generous, we would like gift cards or money. You can contribute to our honeymoon/house funds under the "registry" tab. There are gift card ideas on our registry page as well!

Question

Will there be alcohol provided?

Answer

We will have wine for all guests 21 and up. Any other alcohol that you will want you must bring for yourself.

Question

Do you have hotel accommodations and/or rooms blocked?

Answer

There are no specific room blocks. We have a few recommended hotels that are close to our ceremony site and close to family members who live in Cincinnati. Book with whatever hotel you would like. Coordinate with family as you wish.

Question

Is there certain parking areas for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The parking at our cermony is limited so we do encourage guests to car pool if possible; there will be a sign at the entrance of the park for the ceremony directing you where to park. There is a sign for the reception site as well. There is plenty of parking at the reception, and an additional parking lot across the street.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Unless your invitation says "and guest", we would prefer if just you came.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

If your invitation states "and family" then yes, they're welcome. We just ask that if you plan on bringing your children, let us know so we have enough food for everyone.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at a local nature preserve; the reception will be indoors.

Question

How far is the reception site from the ceremony site?

Answer

The reception site is located in Sharon Woods which is about 20-25 mins from the ceremony site.
