Amber and Nicholas officially met on September 14, 2020. Although they matched a few times and exchanged a few words on Tinder, it was Amber who initiated the first date. Nick really caught Amber’s eye, she was very intrigued by him. She decided to ask Nick out and to meet at a restaurant called “The Blarney Stone.” It was a Monday night, quiet night at the restaurant, not too many cars were in the parking lot nor people inside. Amber was waiting for Nick at the bar as he said he was only a few minutes away. A car pulls into the parking lot and parks but moments after, the car suddenly starts driving away. Amber assumes “oh, that must not be him.” She then sees the same car turn around and finally park. A man who looks just like Nick steps out of the vehicle. The man starts walking towards the restaurant and sure enough, it was Nick! The first words that came out of Amber’s mouth was “were you about to just stand me up?” Nick’s face went ghost pale with a silent sigh. He proceeded to say “almost but it was because I got cold feet.” Amber and Nick laughed it off and enjoyed the night together. The date went great. Nick asked to see her again as he said, “do you know how many times we’ve matched on Tinder? Every time I would see your profile pop up and we’d match, I would get excited!” Amber blushes as she just knew he was the one, she felt it the moment she met him and so did Nick. They were inseparable after their very first date. Nick and Amber moved in together a year after they started dating. The two couldn’t be happier as they have each other along with their five beautiful fur babies and the rest, as they say, is history.
