Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with neckties or bowties.
Each entree will be accompanied by parmesean risotto and haricot verts, as well as a first course of a caesar salad including roasted red peppers, reggiano cheese crisps, fried capers, and a reggiano creamy dressing.
