Bryan and I first met thanks to my bold, forward and exceptionally cheesy conversation starter of “ You have a really nice smile”. Little did I know that day, that I had found my match for small talk. Prior to meeting Bryan, I used to tell my friends that I would never date a Law Enforcement Officer or anyone in the Military because your spouse and you sacrifice a lot and I was not prepared to do that. Well, boy was I in for an awakening. God doesn’t give you more than you can handle and I knew that if he brought Bryan and I together, then he surely knew we were strong enough for any roads ahead. One of my favorite qualities of Bryan is how devoted he is to both careers and his country even when it means working nights and most weekends. Being in our 30’s, Bryan and I both had a fairly good idea what we wanted out of life and we were not afraid to share our dreams with each other. Mine, a good looking, hard working, kind man who could love all my unique mannerisms and kill spiders and his, a plot of land to raise some chickens and kids. Since we have met, Bryan has reminded me that my dreams don’t have to be big to make me happy. We look forward to living out our dreams together.
