July 30th!
While not technically in place yet, the official ETIAS website says American citizens will eventually need travel Visas. However, "ETIAS is currently not in operation and will not start in the first half of 2025." To be sure you're properly documented, go have a look at their website.
We will be providing a bus from the hotel to the venue and back. Please let us know in the RSVP if you would like to take the bus. Hailing taxis in Madrid is easy - all you need to do is raise your hand. Uber, Bolt, Cabify and FREENOW are also available in the city - we find Uber to be the most expensive option, and use Bolt while in the city.
Yes! The venue has a parking area where you can leave your car for free for the duration of the wedding.
We ask that you arrive at Finca El Gasco at 5pm, to enjoy a welcome drink ahead of the ceremony starting at 5:30pm!
Cocktail attire! Think dark suits or tuxes and mid or floor length dresses. Madrid in August is generally hot, however the venue is close to the mountains and may cool down at night. We will be outdoors on grass for most of the evening, so please keep that in mind when planning your outfit.
Yes, the open bar will be available for 9 hours from the end of the ceremony (including during the cocktail and dinner). Please feel free to approach any waiter to ask for your drink of choice, including wine, beer, Cava, vermouth, long drinks, soft drinks, etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot host any children under the age of 15 at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding!
Please feel free to reach out to Nicole or Nick on WhatsApp! If easier, you can email us directly at nickandnicwedding2025@gmail.com
