Yes! For those staying at one of the listed hotels, we will be providing transportation. Please note there are minimal Ubers/Lyfts in the area. Please see the schedule below: Arrival: Pickup times for first run - Holiday Inn - 3:00 PM Best Western - 3:05 PM Arrive at Venue - 3:20 PM Pickup times for second run - Holiday Inn - 3:30 PM Best Western - 3:35 PM Arrive at Venue - 3:45 PM Departure: The shuttle will be available to start taking guests back to the hotels at 8:00 PM through the end of the night, after the "after party". Please note we will not be providing transportation Friday and that we are not able to provide transportation if you are not staying at the listed hotels.
The recommended dress code is formal / black tie optional. This ideally means tuxedos, suits, dress shirts and dark pants and floor to below the knee formal dresses or pantsuits. However, at the end of the day what we care about most is you being there to celebrate with us and having a great time!
The dress code for Friday is casual which means you can wear a sundress if you want or shorts and a T-shirt. Whatever you feel most comfortable in!
We love your children—we genuinely do, but we would like this to be an adult-only occasion. Thank you for understanding!
We ask that our guests not bring a date unless specifically named on your invitation or if you invitation notes "and guest".
