We're getting married!

We met during pool party BBQ at an apartment complex in downtown Tucson, where Anna (and Nic's friend, who invited him there that day) lived. After talking for a bit by the pool - and for hours later over drinks when the group went out that night - we exchanged numbers and set up a date for the next day. One date lead to another... and the rest is history!

Throughout the 1st year of our relationship we'd walk to La Cocina nearly every Wednesday evening to enjoy dinner on the patio and music by our favorite duo. This past June, we walked to La Cocina again. And under the lights and flowers of the entrance, I spotted my family at a table and saw Nic drop to one knee. I said "YES!" and we joined my family to share hugs (and tears) and champagne. Now we can't wait to celebrate with all our friends and family!
