What is the general schedule for the weekend?

Answer

Friday - There are no set plans for Friday. Feel free to explore Sedona or surrounding areas, or hang out at the Airbnb, swim, play games, and chill with the brides. Do whatever you want, but at some point get to the Airbnb! Saturday - Ceremony at 11:00am. Afterwards, plenty of time to venture out around Sedona again or go back and relax at the Airbnb, while the newlyweds run amok getting photos taken. Everyone reconvene for dinner and celebration at 4:00pm! Sunday - Check out by 10:00am.

What should we expect at the Airbnb?

Answer

Check out the Airbnb booking to see the place we’ll be staying for the weekend! There’s plenty of parking for everyone, a pool, jacuzzi, pool table, and plenty of amenities! Check-in at 4:00pm on Friday (maybe sooner). Check-out by 10:00am on Sunday. We’ll stock up the place with plenty of water, booze, snacks, fruits/veggies, and breakfast food! Feel free to bring anything specific you’d like for the weekend!

What do I need to know about the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be on Sugarloaf Summit, a 30 minute drive from the Airbnb. There is limited parking at the trailhead, so everyone will need to carpool. The hike to the summit is about 0.75 miles, with a 340-ft elevation increase along the way. Average hike time is 25-30 minutes. If you’re not a person that hikes, give yourself extra time! We’ll be hiking in sneaks and changing shoes up there…feel free to do the same :) Average September temperatures in Sedona are 70s-80s. Outdoor Wedding attire: desert/nature colors. Things to bring: water, sunscreen, umbrella?, comfortable walking shoes.

Do you have a wedding registry? Is there a reception?

Answer

You joining us for our wedding is the only gift we need—we do not have a traditional registry! We’ll be having a reception separately to celebrate with the rest of our family and friends at a later date. (You’ll all be invited and welcome to come party again!)
