Two souls will be joined as One.

It was our work holiday party in 2014, my amazing dance moves obviously captured his eye and he wanted to spend forever with me. (ha-ha-ha) After an eventful day of celebrating I ended up taking his number. Or so I thought.. I had texted once to hangout and got no response! I paid it no mind though and went about my days. Confused, my friend asked me what had happened and I replied "he obviously has no interest." Turns out that wasn't the case. Nano (friend) knew there was more to it because he had heard from him that I must have not been interested. So he took it upon himself to set us up at work one day. I was covering the front desk and Brad showed up in a panic. Needless to say I was a little confused. He asked me what was wrong and who needed him...Nano laughed. Apparently he was told to go to the front right away and was a little worried. Turns out someone had a little too much to drink the night of the party and forgot to put the last digit to his number in my phone. This time around I gave him mine. We started talking outside of work, almost everyday. It was New Years Eve. I had plans with another friend and he had plans with the little guy, his 7 year old son Santino. Although we were apart, we talked throughout the night...i will ALWAYS remember he was trying to be sly and cute and told me that maybe the next New Years he could be my "Midnight Kiss." Turns out he was right. He would have the next years Kiss and ALL the years after. I don't think either of us ever thought that we were going to meet our other half at a work holiday party, nor were either of us looking for it. Now, I could never imagine my life without Brad and Santino. We have had so many laughs, cries, hugs, debates and now, October 27th 2018, I get to join my soul with Mi Amour. Here is to our next chapter. Here is to forever. The best is yet to come. #LoveForgedinFire
