We met at Ni’s best friend’s birthday party — a place Adrian almost didn’t end up at, since he rarely went out. Luckily, his friend convinced him to go, and that one “why not” moment is how our story began. We became friends first, and honestly, it was the easiest friendship either of us ever had. Talking never felt forced. We joked, Adrian kept sending Ni songs, DJ sets, and endless videos of Uzi when she was a tiny, chaotic puppy.
