We are thrilled to invite you to witness a moment of profound tradition, love, and blessings at our Sri Lankan Poruwa Wedding Ceremony. As we stand before the beautifully adorned Poruwa—a traditional wooden platform—our union will be celebrated with a series of ancient rituals designed to bring prosperity, harmony, and happiness to our marriage. During the ceremony, you’ll experience a blend of symbolic gestures: the tying of the couple's fingers with golden threads, the offering of betal leaves and the lighting of the oil lamp. The gentle sounds of Buddhist prayers and the presence of loved ones will create an atmosphere of peace and reverence. The blessings and good wishes shared during this sacred moment will stay with us for a lifetime.

Cocktail Hour

Come for the delicious hors d’oeuvres & drinks, stay for the craic (Irish word for fun)! Get ready to kick off our celebration with some true Irish cheer! Sláinte!

Reception

6:00 pm

We invite you to indulge in a three course dinner while serenaded by lively tunes and vibrant rhythms. Whether you’re twirling to the lilting sounds of traditional Irish folk music or moving to the energetic beats of Sri Lankan drum and dance, we promise the energy will be infectious.
